Media Resource Library

The Media Resource Library provides access to more than 2000 videos and DVD titles. The value of visual aids in education is undeniable: the use of videos and DVD's in the religious education of our children, youth and adults presents and re-enforces concepts in a medium familiar to all. The library is committed to constant review and purchase of appropriate new videos and DVDs useful to religious education, youth ministry, ministry training, catechist/teacher training and enrichment, child protection and adult education.

Circulation Fees

Option 1. Subscription Plan

With a single payment determined by the number of households in the parish, a parish has unlimited use (based on availability) of all VHS and DVD resources in the Library.  Parishes or schools outside of Erie will be responsible for return postage for all materials used or previewed. Parishes may include their mission parish(es) on the Unlimited Use Option.

Option 2. Rental for Each Individual Resource

If a parish\school chooses not to utilize the Subscription Plan option, each video will be charged according to the existing schedule.
