Department of Labor’s 12/1/16 deadline mandate placed on hold

A federal judge has issued an “11th hour” injunction halting the Dec. 1 implementation of changes mandated by the Department of Labor. The injunction was issued pending further review of the changes. If you are a pastor, business manager, department head, school principal, administrator, agency director or hold any other leadership position involved with the Department of Labor mandate, read two related documents below to review recommendations on how to proceed. Please share this important information with any of your parish/school/agency administrators.
