All are asked to read the attached letter from Bishop Lawrence Persico. A promotion kit prepared by Msgr. Daniel Magraw, director of the Good Shepherd Collection, is available at http://www.ErieRCD.org/goodshepherd.htm. The kit is designed to help pastors and their office staff to effectively promote the collection for parish bulletins. A thank-you template also is available.

Parishes that have used the information—accompanied by promotion by parish priests—have been very successful with their collection. Our retired priests are grateful for your help with this annual campaign. Parishes are asked to remit Good Shepherd funds to the diocesan Finance Office within a few weeks.
