The Media Resource Library exists in the Department of Religious Education to provide parishes, schools, youth ministry, summer programs, small Christian communities, diocesan offices, institutions, and individuals with knowledgeable advice in the selection of appropriate media resources to enhance ministry in the Diocese of Erie.
Schedule your requests in advance to ensure the item is available. All resources are sent via media mail, generally 12 days prior to the use date. Orders may be placed by phone or email. Selections are

Pick-up and return information
Materials are picked up at St. Mark Catholic Center, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. for organizations located in the Erie area (later pick-up is available). Materials will be mailed in sufficient time to outlying areas of the diocese so they arrive prior to the show date and in adequate time for preview.
Returns should be made on the first business day after the use date, either by delivering them to the office or by mail. Postage for materials sent out is paid by the library; return postage is paid by the user. If an extension of time is needed, the Director of the Media Resource Library should be notified.
Annual media subscriptions reduce the per-use-cost of media and offers unlimited use of the media resources in our library. Checks should be made payable to Diocese of Erie.

Independent schools — $50/year
Please be sure your VCR/DVD player is in good operating order. The borrower is responsible for returning library materials in good condition. Handle DVDs carefully to prevent scratches or smudges on the playing surface. Please rewind videos before returning to the library. Any damages should be noted when the items are returned. Users will be billed for the cost of replacement in case of damage or loss.
