CSA Export Report for individual churches AND clusters
Installing the CSA Export from Church Report
Please do the following today or tomorrow to install version 6.0b of the CSA Export.
If you're nervous about trying these instructions, call me and we'll do it together.
1. RIGHT click on the File 1 link which you will find above.
2. Choose Save Target As
3. Look
at the Save Link As field. It should NOT say "Text
Document".
If it says .cr document, .pas document, .udr
document that is ok.
If those aren't available, use the downward pointing triangle to choose All files from the
list.
4. Use the downward pointing triangle next to Save In to change the location to the Desktop.
5. Follow steps 1-4 above to download File 2 and File 3.
When all 3 have been saved to your desktop,
6. Start Church Office.
7. Select Reports from the Main Menu.
8. Select Financial Easy Reports.

Delete any CSA reports visable.
a. Click on CSA Export Version 3.0 E or F.
b. Click on the delete button.
c. Confirm that you do want to delete this report.
Installing the new report:
10. Click the Add button.
11. Click Custom Report. If the program prompts you regarding a disk in drive A, click Cancel.
A File Open dialog appears.
12. Using the Look In pull down arrow at the top of the dialog and select Desktop from the top of the list.
13. Select the CSAExportChurch.cr file.
14. Click Open. The install happens very quickly.
15. If you are using version 6, you will need to click on Contributions.
16. Click on the Reports button after the install has finished.
17. Do you see the CSA Export Version 6.0b report under the heading of Financial Easy Reports?
18. When the installation is complete, you may delete the 3 files from your desktop.
