CSA Non Giver Letter for individual churches AND clusters
Installing the CSA Non Giver Letter
If you're nervous about trying these instructions, call Joseph Hoag (814-824-1192).
1. RIGHT click on the File 1 link which you will find above.
2. Choose Save Target As 3. Look at the Save Link As field. It should NOT say "Text Document".
If it says .cr document, .pas document, .udr document that is ok.
If those aren't available, use the downward pointing triangle to choose All files from the list.
3. Use the downward pointing triangle next to Save In to change the location to the Desktop.
4. Use the downward pointing triangle next to Save In to change the location to the Desktop.
5. (Follow steps 1-4 above to download File 2, File 3 and File 4 .)
When all 3 have been saved to your desktop,
6. Start Church Office.
7. Select Reports from the Main Menu.
8. Select Financial Easy Reports.
9. Delete any Non Giver reports visable.
a. Click on Non Giver Letter .
b. Click on the delete button.
c. Confirm that you do want to delete this report.
Installing the new report:
10. Click the Add button and click Custom Report. (If the program prompts you regarding a disk in drive A, click Cancel.)
A File Open dialog appears.
11. Using the Look In pull down arrow at the top of the dialog and select Desktop from the top of the list.
12. Select the Nongiverletter.cr file.
13. Click Open. The install happens very quickly.
14. Click on the Reports button after the install has finished.
15. Do you see the CSA Non Giver Letter under the heading of Financial Easy Reports?
16. Follow these instructions for using the CSA Non Giver Letter letter by following http://www.eriercd.org/pdf/computer/nongiver.pdf
17. When the installation is complete, you may delete Nongiverletter.cr, Nongiverletter.rtf, and Nongiverletter.udr.
Do NOT delete Nongiver.sel yet.
