This site is best viewed at
1024 x 768 pixel resolution. We recommend using the latest version of your favorite browser. This site is optimized for Microsoft's Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher, and Netscape Navigator version 6.0 or higher.
Many interactive applications on our web site utilize the .swf (Macromedia Flash) format. You will need the Macromedia Flash Player to view and interact with them. If you do not see a list of blue buttons to the left on this page, this is an indication you need to download the latest version of Flash Player. In many cases, computers purchased in stores will have this player already installed. However, even if you currently have Macromedia Flash Player, we recommend that you get the latest version for best results.

Downloadable Documents
|
Most documents are provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. We recommend obtaining the latest free Acrobat Reader for best results at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Many of these documents are large in size, and may take several minutes to completely download if you use a modem for Internet access. Often, the first page of a document will display quickly but subsequent pages may appear blank - this is normal, and the fix is to wait for the document to finish downloading.
A faster way to open a PDF document is to right-click the link, choose "save target as" and save the document to your desktop. Open the document from your desktop after it downloads.

Printing Pages
|
Many users report that when printing pages in portrait orientation, the extreme right edge of the page is cut off.
For this reason, we recommend pages be printed using landscape orientation under 'File -> Page Setup'. Printing in landscape page orientation should allow you to see the entire width of pages including site navigation and content. If this option is not available, please adjust your browser's print margins to be as small as possible (maximizing page print area). You may have to experiment with these options to find the best setting.
