Enrichment Programs
Under the direction of Bishop Donald W. Trautman a Together-in-Growth Program committee plans a gathering each October to bring the members of communities for women religious together. This usually consists of a presentation by speakers on a given topic, followed by dialogue among them and with the bishop. Previously, several programs were offered over the course of each year. Currently, religious communities offer a variety of such programs as part of their community gatherings for members of their communities.

Liturgical celebrations
A liturgical celebration is a mass offered by the bishop or one of the priests of the diocese.
It is to commemorate the memory of loved ones who are deceased or to celebrate an occasion of rejoicing and
to thank God for the blessings that have occurred for those who are being honored.

During the month of November, the Mass for Deceased Religious is offered by Bishop Donald W. Trautman to remember and honor the sisters and priests from communities of men and women religious who died during the past year. All members of religious communities are invited to this along with those who are associates or oblates of their communities. Family members, friends, seminarians and Serra Club members are welcome, too.

In June of each year, the diocesan Jubilee Mass is offered by Bishop Donald W. Trautman to honor the sisters who are celebrating twenty-five, fifty, sixty or seventy-five years as members of their communities. Superiors and Assistant Superiors of the communities to which the sisters belong are invited to join in this celebration. A dinner follows the liturgy.
