Each Lent, Catholic families across the country unite to put their faith into action through prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. Through a recognition of the world’s needs and a personal commitment to act, we give alms. Through CRS Rice Bowl, Lenten alms, we have the power to make the world a better place for our neighbors by supporting the Good Samaritan Food Bank and the Helping Hand Food Pantry, and our sisters and brothers around the world.
