Thanksgiving is a family holiday but sometimes not everyone can make it home. If you have far flung relatives, consider mailing them a memory. Perhaps e-mail a photo of a past Thanksgiving or a favorite family recipe. Even if they don’t make the dish, they can include the symbol on their table that day.
