Speaking of Sex: Part 4 of 4. Introduce the concept that the father puts his sperm into the mother’s vagina before the child might get this information from peers or be titillated by it. That’s pretty young, probably before puberty. This allows the child to receive the facts on a neutral, non-emotional level, so you both have language and a history to talk about it later when hormones make it a more emotion laden topic.
