Catholic Services Appeal reminder from the Catholic Foundation
As the Catholic Services Appeal continues, the Catholic Foundation recommends that pastors and parish staff consider sending a follow-up letter to parishioners who have not yet made a pledge to the appeal. Consider sending them a CSA brochure, along with a pledge envelope. Letter template ideas can be found in the parish leadership handbook. Extra brochures and pledge envelopes may be ordered by contacting Julia Cooney at 814-824-1253 or at jcooney@cfnwpa.org. For assistance in creating a mailing list for this follow-up letter, contact your database support team.

And don’t forget to thank your donors! A note or letter of thanks from the pastor is always appreciated. Donors also can be thanked through the bulletin, social media, or in the parish newsletter. Additional resources, including many digital options and Facebook post suggestions, can be found at www.eriercd.org/Catholic-Services-Appeal-CSA-Materials.html.
