The Collection for the Church in Latin America supports the pastoral mission of the Catholic Church throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
Since 1965, U.S. Catholics have partnered with our neighboring churches to strengthen the faith and share the Gospel.
Gifts help form seminarians, priests, deacons and religious who serve communities throughout the region.
The collection supports catechesis, evangelization, youth ministry, family ministry and leadership development.
Funding assists ministries serving families, migrants, indigenous communities and people living in poverty.
Contributions also help dioceses respond to natural disasters and rebuild churches and pastoral facilities when needed.
Many dioceses in Latin America have limited financial resources and depend on this support to carry out their pastoral mission.
Our participation reflects our unity with the universal Church and our commitment to walking with our brothers and sisters in faith.
Every gift, regardless of size, helps bring Christ's hope, healing and love to communities throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
