The Diocese of Erie Information Bulletin advertises and promotes activities and events sponsored by diocesan entities such as parishes, schools, religious communities and groups. The IB is unable to advertise or promote activities or events not sponsored by such entities. Submissions may run a maximum of two editions. The administrative offices of the diocese reserve the right to edit submissions.

The Office for Divine Worship presents a monthly newsletter to aid in preparing celebrations that will occur in that particular month. The August newsletter is attached.
Parish Annual Reports are due
The Office of Financial Services has requested that all Parish Annual Reports must be filed on or before August 31. The Free Library of Philadelphia offers FREE online training courses
The Free Library of Philadelphia is offering a free LinkedIn Learning account to anyone with a library card. Free library cards will be issued to anyone living in Pennsylvania. LinkedIn Learning offers expert-led video courses including training in Canva Pro and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and more. With over 16,000 courses and personalized recommendations, it’s a powerful platform for anyone looking to increase their computer skills. St. Martin Early Learning Center open house

St. Joseph Parish Golf Outing
Join us for the St. Joseph Parish Golf Outing on Sunday, Aug. 17, at Treasure Lake's Silver Course, 231 Palmetto Rd., DuBois. The tournament begins with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Frassati Canonization celebration and movie
St. Francis Xavier Parish, 8880 Main St., McKean, invites you to join them for a Canonization Celebration following the 6 p.m. Vigil Mass on Saturday, Sept. 6. As we prepare for the canonization of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, enjoy dinner and a screening of the movie "Pier Giorgio Frassati: If I Didn't Have Love" in anticipation of his canonization the next day. Join us July 18–26 at St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Parish, 921 East Ave., Erie, as we host Father Peter Totleben O.P., a Dominican Friar from the Province of St. Joseph, New York, NY. Mass schedule for this special week will be as follows:

PA March for Life – September 22 in Harrisburg
The 5th Annual Pennsylvania March for Life is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 22 in Harrisburg. This is the largest pro-life march in the state of Pennsylvania, and we are excited to be a part of this powerful event. The Communications Office is currently working on a landing page and other materials to support the event. Is your parish or ministry participating? If you are organizing a bus trip, a special Mass or any other events around March for Life, please let us know! We want to ensure that we include all diocesan participation in our communications. Annual Family Campout: September 13–14
Families are invited to enjoy a weekend of faith, fun and fellowship at the annual Family Campout hosted by the Office of Faith Formation. The campout takes place from 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, through 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept.14, at Msgr. Toland Park, 54704 Alter Rd., Conneaut Lake.
