Assessment correction
In the Information Bulletin sent out on May 1, six parishes with elementary schools were inaccurately charged on the original Catholic Schools Support Assessment. All six of these parishes were located within Erie County. Below are the six parishes affected:

  1. James Parish, Erie
  2. Luke Parish, Erie
  3. Blessed Sacrament Parish, Erie
  4. Our Lady of Peace Parish, Erie
  5. George Parish, Erie
  6. Jude Parish, Erie

This situation has been corrected and is reflected in the newly revised Information Bulletin. If you have any questions, please contact Patrick Barron at 814.824.1168.

Don’t miss the relics visiting the Diocese of Erie
“Jesus, come right in! Make yourself at home!” These are the words of Blessed Carlo Acutis, who passed away at the age of 15 in 2006. His work has been appreciated around the world through the website and posters he created about Eucharistic miracles. The only touring relic of Blessed Carlo, as well as a relic of St. Manuel González García — known as the Bishop of the Abandoned Tabernacle — will be available for public veneration at several locations around the Diocese of Erie beginning May 23. Please visit www.eriercd.org/relics.html to find the schedule as well as information about both men and insight into venerating relics. A graphic available for use in bulletins and social media is in the attachments. Come and participate in this unique experience as part of the national Eucharistic Revival.
