The Diocese of Erie Information Bulletin advertises and promotes activities and events sponsored by diocesan entities such as parishes, schools, religious communities and groups. The IB is unable to advertise or promote activities or events not sponsored by such entities. Submissions may run a maximum of two editions. The administrative offices of the diocese reserve the right to edit submissions.

Gift Card Email Scam Alert
The increasingly sophisticated email scam involving fake requests for gift cards is becoming more prevalent. These scams often appear to come from someone you know, like a manager or colleague, and can be very convincing. St. Boniface Festival
On Saturday, May 31, from 6-10 p.m., St. Boniface Parish, 9367 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, is hosting an event at the Coleman Center with tithing donations to benefit Julia House and People for Life. There will be live acoustic music by Jesse James Weston, homestyle chicken dinners from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. basket auction, raffles, sandwiches and beer. Come for fun and benefit a few good causes.     

Quo Vadis Days
Quo Vadis Days is a four-day retreat for Catholic high school men who are seeking to follow God's call in their lives. It is especially for those who are discerning priesthood, considering seminary formation or simply exploring the possibility of a religious vocation. The retreat will be held Sunday, June 29, through Wednesday, July 2, at St. Mark Seminary, 429 E. Grandview Blvd., Erie. The cost is $50 and financial aid is available. 24th annual St. Francis School PTO Golf Tournament
Kick off the summer with a day on the golf course! Join us for the 24th annual SFS PTO Golf Tournament on Friday, June 6, at the Clearfield-Curwensville Country Club, 1125 Country Club Rd., Clearfield. Registration is at 9 a.m. with a 10 a.m. shotgun start.

Rooted in Hope women’s gathering
