Catholic Services Appeal reminder from the Catholic Foundation
As the Catholic Services Appeal continues, the Catholic Foundation recommends pastors and parish staff consider sending a follow-up letter to those parishioners who have not yet made a pledge to the appeal. Consider sending them a CSA brochure, along with a pledge envelope. Letter template ideas can be found in the parish leadership handbook and digital versions of the letter can be found on the Diocese of Erie website at the following link: https://www.eriercd.org/Catholic-Services-Appeal-CSA-Materials.html. Extra brochures and pledge envelopes may be ordered by contacting Julia Cooney at 814.824.1253 or at jcooney@cfnwpa.org. Don’t forget to thank your donors! A thank-you card will be mailed to all donors this year but a note of thanks is always appreciated. Donors can also be thanked through the bulletin, social media or in the parish newsletter. Be sure to include an update on your progress and your project if applicable. Additional resources, including many digital options and Facebook post suggestions, can be found at the following link: https://www.eriercd.org/Catholic-Services-Appeal-CSA-Materials.html.
