Important notes from the Diocese of Erie’s Good For You Wellness Initiative
This is the last week to complete the Diocese of Erie’s Good for You Wellness Initiative requirements. The deadline is July 31, 2022. Learn more at  https://www.eriercd.org/wellness.html. And here’s a tip from the Centers for Disease Control: Get five fruits and vegetables a day. July is national Blueberry Month, so dig into a bowl of local blueberries. There are only about 80 calories in a cup of blueberries. Plus, they’re packed with a nutritional wallop.
